Introduction

LabelGrid Tools enables you to fully customize your release pages with all the social and media links necessary to promote your release.

NOTE: Some of the screenshots in this article are cropped and may not show all options.

Create new release

Go to: Dashboard > Releases > Add New Release

All release settings are organized into a series of tabs: General, Artists, Store Links, Press Release, Spotify pre-save, and Preferred Texts.

Press Release

Add a press release to be shown on your release page.

Store Links

Provide links for various stores and streaming outlets including: Spotify, iTunes, Beatport, Google Play, Deezer, Soundloud, YouTube, Juno, Amazon, Tidal, Bandcamp, and custom link (free download).

NOTE: not all shops are shown in this screenshot

Artists

Manage the artists associated with the release.

Note: This tab is automatically filled by LabelGrid Sync, but the plugin allows you to update it manually as well.

Spotify pre-save

Manage your pre-save options to customize which users, artists, and playlist should be followed as well as the album or track URI that should be added to the fan's Spotify library when they authorize a pre-save on your release.

Preferred Texts

This controls the description and title text that is displayed on the Spotify pre-save box.
